Mick was born, raised and lived in Dublin. He was active in many areas. His short stories and poetry were published in magazines and various collections. His story ‘The Fiddle Lesson’ was nominated for the prestigious Hennessey Award. He also released four solo CDs of his own songs. Mick died in 2016.
